Pullen Community Center Renovations

Project Description:

This project began as a typical renovation opportunity, with a toilet renovation for accessibility compliance.  And as we proceeded, the project grew to include a complete interiors update to this well-used community center.

Finishes were required to meet the needs  of the wide range of daily users, including youth and elderly.

The scope included bold new colors and modern finishes collaborated carefully with existing furniture and several layers of previous renovations.  New flooring, paint, and ceilings  were installed throughout.   Plumbing fixtures and toilet partitions were completed replaced. The entrance was renovated and  accessible access from the parking areas was provided. Size: 6,460 square feet
