Project Description:
Two clubhouses that both overlook Lake Lynn in Raleigh, NC. For the first clubhouse, we are updating the restrooms for a fresh look and addressing accessibility concerns in the interior and exterior. We will also be adding a package facility available after hours at the main entrance to help serve residents expecting larger items in the mail. For the exterior, we will look at gaining access to the pool deck from the main entrance. There will be a new package facility accessed from the main area as well. The second clubhouse, which overlooks another pool, will house an updated fitness center with fresh finishes and a new equipment layout upstairs. Downstairs, there are plans for a game room; new updated bathrooms to serve the existing pool area; bike storage; and a dog wash area for residents with pets. The exterior will involve gaining access from the elevated parking areas by new ramps and stairs down to the existing pool deck and lower level of the clubhouse.
