Project Description:

This renovation includes modifications to an existing clubhouse at an apartment complex located in North Charleston, S.C.  The existing bathrooms are being renovated to accommodate an increased area within the pool deck.  Our firm was able to choose the finishes and fixtures for these accessible restrooms.  There will also be a new after-hours parcel delivery room to serve the community by streamlining the process of getting larger packages in the mail.  Exterior renovations will include a new dog park and new amenity area with various games for the residents to use.
