Project Description:

The renovation of this existing apartment clubhouse includes a new layout that better suits its community.  Interior renovations include the incorporation of an easy access package room for residents to pick up larger parcels; a new layout for the leasing office, breakroom and community kitchenette; and a new after-hours fitness room. Furniture and finishes were also selected and incorporated into the design to create a well rounded space.  Exterior renovations will include a new dog park and exterior amenity area of games and activities for the residents.
