The Lane-Idlewild site will be sold by the City of Raleigh for $1 to be developed into affordable housing. Our firm has proposed two-Story buildings with 40 units total. Buildings are shown as two-Story, double-loaded apartments, with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Buildings step-down with the grade of the site. Units are 730 square feet each. Building A is entirely Residential Apartments. Building B includes Retail on the ground floor and Apartments above.
