New private housing development, in response to an up-coming neighborhood development RFP through the City of Raleigh. 24 residential units, including a mix of 1, 2, 3 bedroom flats an townhouses. Parking behind the building, in keeping with the desires of the neighborhood and consistent with the requirements of the new Unified Development Ordinance. Xeriscape and garden planting to develop interior community areas, covered parking to reduce heat island effect. Careful coordination with the housing needs of the area, interests of the adjacent resident, and progressive design toward the urban goals of this forward-thinking developer.
