Dorado Triplex

Project Description:

After a fire, this residential triplex was completely renovated, inside and out.  Our first walk-through of the building was when it had already been taken down to the wall studs and barefloring, exposing a mix of modern construction and historic rough-hewn lumber.  As a triplex, the renovation was evaluated in compliance with the commercial building code, including separations, egress, and accessible entrances.
