ResCare Assisted Living Facility

Project Description:

Multiple sites.  An open floor plan for multiple locations of this six-bedroom assisted living facility.  Includes private living suites, and several living areas for the residents and staff.  Project requirements included full accessibility compliance, careful zoning review, and durable low-maintenance materials.  The scope of work included preparation of prototype standards for accessible bathrooms and kitchens throughout the organization.
